T-Mobile Employee Advocacy Program
Challenge: T-Mobile's employee advocacy platform - known as DreamTM (“Dream Team”) - had strong potential to amplify company news, campaigns, and employer brand content, but participation and content distribution opportunities were underutilized.
Solution: Developed and managed the content strategy for T-Mobile's employee advocacy program, creating campaign-ready content that empowered
employees to share company stories across their personal social networks. Partnered with internal stakeholders to align content with business priorities while increasing program engagement and adoption. Built an all-user email system and created a dedicated landing page on our all-employee website.
Results: Over two years, I transformed employee advocacy into a scalable distribution channel that generated more than 149M impressions and 1.79M link clicks..

Challenge: Increase awareness and adoption of T-Mobile's employee advocacy program by creating a central destination where employees could learn about the program, access resources, and easily enroll.
Solution: Partnered with Internal Communications and Web teams to design and launch a dedicated intranet landing page that streamlined program discovery, onboarding, and ongoing engagement through clear messaging, educational content,
