Challenge: UCLA Football needed a social-first content strategy that could balance real-time coverage, recruiting content, player storytelling, and major program announcements while keeping the program culturally relevant and engaging year-round.

Solution: Led content strategy and day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitter/X, transforming game days, recruiting milestones, and major program initiatives into engaging, platform-native content. From real-time coverage and behind-the-scenes storytelling to marquee campaigns like the Jordan Brand uniform reveal, I developed content that expanded the program's reach and strengthened fan engagement across all platforms.
